OverviewFKWJ-1.5 is a reliable 3 ton Underground Diesel Loader .Underground diesel loaders are designed with a high-strength steel frame and feature a heavy-duty, all-mechanical powertrain. It has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient operation, low energy consumption, low noise, high protection level, good power performance, low operating cost and high production efficiency. It is a new type of equipment for small and medium-sized underground mines or mine renovation and upgrading.
The FKWJ-1.5 underground miningloaderoffers high payload capacity while operating efficiently in height-restricted mines. Thanks to proven engine technology, this workhorse loader delivers high productivity in hard rock conditions.
FKWJ-1.5 Underground loader is specifically designed for very limited headings, while maintaining high productivity. Our configuration of the FKWJ-1.5 scooptram is a German Deutz F6L912 diesel engine. Efficient and powerful Germany DEUTZ F6L912 engine, which delivers maximum tramming and loading performance in the most demanding mining applications.Complete system integration of the engine and transmission to ensure fuel efficiency and smooth operation. The torque converter is configured with American DANA C272 single-stage two-part. The axle is equipped with rigid planetary transmission shafts with non-spin and limited slip differentials.
FKWJ-1.5 underground mining diesel loader is an scooptram suitable for mine roadway section (excavation and other small roadway materials shoveling, transportation and unloading, which meets the requirements of mine safety certification. The technical level of the rated bucket capacity of 1.5m3 has reached the international advanced level.
FKWJ-1.5 scooptram is our medium underground loader with 63kw engine power, it brings maximum production capability to smaller mines. Productivity is enhanced thanks to a smaller turning circle compared to competitive machines. It offers a larger fuel tank so it can run longer between refilling, and superior bucket reach and bucket dump for better loading and faster emptying. An operator favorite, the FKWJ-1.5 scooptram features excellent loaded weight distribution, ride control and seat suspension for maximum comfort.
