FKWJ-2E Underground electric loaders feature zero diesel emissions and low noise, reducing ventilation needs and improving underground working conditions. Electric loaders combine compact design with reliability, high digging forces, responsive control and high haul speeds. High power-to-weight ratio ensures fast cycle times.
FKWJ-2E underground electric loader is mainly used for underground mine shoveling .The power system is driven by a 75KW electric motor, hydraulically controlled variable pump, quantitative motor, front and rear axle reducers, and four-wheel drive. The front and rear of the fuselage adopt slewing bearing coupling to oscillate.
Enhanced visibility, lighting and camera coverage, including optional side and rear view cameras with color display, auto lights (high and high beam), automatic directional switching and automatic boom light switching capabilities.
Featuring a new axle design with longer life, higher availability and many maintainability features and improvements.New, larger wheel bearings with optimized positioning and flange-mounted hubs last longer and are easier to service. Four-planet final drives with larger gear sets. An updated brake design provides greater capacity, remotely mounted brake bleeders, easier service access and extended brake life.
Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) and Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) are resiliently mounted to the frame to insulate the operator from vibration for a more comfortable ride. The Operator Presence System helps ensure the safety of those working in, on or around the machine by preventing machine movement without an operator in the cab. The enclosed cab design provides fresh, pressurized, temperature-controlled air circulation and air conditioning for a more comfortable work environment.
Ride Control provides a smooth ride over uneven ground, smooth controlled directional changes, reduced driveline shock and hydraulically cushioned bucket and boom cylinder stops. All controls, levers, switches and gauges are positioned to maximize productivity and minimize fatigue.
