OverviewFKDR89Y2 underground remote-control production drilling rig is used for middle to large-vein tunneling and mining applications. It is equipped with a Focor top-hammer hydraulic drilling machine for hole diameter from 51 to 89 (102) mm and a versatile positioning unit to match various methods in production drilling. The patent-winning Focor hydraulic rock drill with the impact frequency up to 60-75Hz is installed on the rig. Front- and rear-mounted stinger for optimized reach and flexibility. To increase productivity, rig components have been engineered for extreme durability and the system is based on standard parts, making rig maintenance simple and economical. In order to improve production efficiency, the components of the drilling rig are made with extremely high durability, and the system is based on standard components, making the drilling rig easy to maintain and economical. Rotary pressure control feed with anti-interference function improves the economical efficiency of COP rock drill for drilling steel. Low-emission diesel engines provide powerful performance with less environmental impact.

A super sensitive anti-jamming system makes the automatic-adapted drilling process efficient • Equipped with patent-wining Focor550 series hydraulic rock drill, Focor550 series can reach the impact frequency up to 60-75Hz under actual working environment. Powered by a 55KW electric motor, the drilling speed of Focor under working pressure of 16 to 17Mpa is obviously faster than similar products under working pressure of 19Mpa. Thanks to Focor 550, the straightness, compactness, and slipperiness of the production hole are outstanding.
