FKDR89Y remote-control underground production drilling rigs are used for non-pillar sublevel caving method in underground mining applications. It provides a large coverage area with feed dump of +20° forward and -80° backward. It is capable of 360° ring drilling parallel holes upwards and downwards and in the side walls. It is equipped with a rod carousel with 17 rods for drilling length up to 30 meters. With an automatic rod handling system (RHS), PLC control system, remote-control system, and computerized antijamming system, we can guarantee the optimum long-hole drilling for every application. The rig offers miners not only top-notch precision, versatility and flexibility, but also the maximum safety during setup and positioning.
To increase productivity, rig components have been engineered for extreme durability and the system is based on standard parts, making rig maintenance simple and economical. In order to improve production efficiency, the components of the drilling rig are made with extremely high durability, and the system is based on standard components, making the drilling rig easy to maintain and economical. Rotary pressure control feed with anti-interference function improves the economical efficiency of COP rock drill for drilling steel. Low-emission diesel engines provide powerful performance with less environmental impact.
