FKWJ-4E underground electric loader is mainly used for underground mine shoveling, transportation of ore and rubble after the bursting and is also used in railway, highway, and tunnel construction project especially those places such as bad working conditions, narrow, work site, low and muddy work site. The power system is driven by 30KW electric motor, hydraulic control variable displacement pump, Quantitative motor, front and rear axle reducer and four wheel drive. Front and back fuselage use slewing bearing coupling oscillation. Working system adopts hydraulic control pilot operating system, making the scooptram operation more flexible, simple, efficient and low failure rate. Emergency parking brake uses a drive axle wet brake, spring brake, hydraulic lift brake, sudden power off brake, safe and reliable.
The whole body weight of our FKWJ-4E underground electric loader is 17 tons, and the carrying weight is 23 tons. Our rated capacity is 10 tons. The size of the body is 9000*2815*2430mm. Our electric motor is YXn315S-4 with a rated power of 132kw and a rated voltage of 1000v. The driving axle of our FKWJ-4E car is KESSLER. The drive axle features a Rigid planetary transmission axle with NON-SPIN & anti-slip differential. The loading frame and bucket are designed to be the parallel boom design matches the aggressive bucket configuration, providing efficient slag discharge.
Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) and Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) are resiliently mounted to the frame to insulate the operator from vibration for a more comfortable ride. The Operator Presence System helps ensure the safety of those working in, on or around the machine by preventing machine movement without an operator in the cab. The enclosed cab design provides fresh, pressurized, temperature-controlled air circulation and air conditioning for a more comfortable work environment.
Ride Control provides a smooth ride over uneven ground, smooth controlled directional changes, reduced driveline shock and hydraulically cushioned bucket and boom cylinder stops. All controls, levers, switches and gauges are positioned to maximize productivity and minimize fatigue.
