Introduce Underground Loader
Underground loader is a kind of engineering equipment specially designed for underground mine and tunnel construction, mainly used for loading, transporting and unloading ore, waste rock or other materials. It is efficient, durable and highly maneuverable, and can operate flexibly in narrow and low underground environment. It is one of the core equipment of modern mining.

Daily maintenance
1.1 Pre-operation inspection:
Hydraulic system: Check the hydraulic oil level to ensure that the hydraulic oil meets the equipment requirements and observe whether there is any leakage.
Engine system: Check whether the engine oil, coolant and fuel levels are normal; check whether the air filter is clean.
Tires or tracks: Check for cracks, wear or damage, and ensure that the air pressure (if any) is appropriate.
Brake system: Ensure that the brakes are sensitive, the brake fluid is sufficient, and there is no leakage.
Electrical system: Check whether the battery power, lights, dashboard and alarm devices are working properly.Inspection during operation:
Pay attention to whether the instrument panel of the equipment displays abnormal warnings, such as high temperature, low pressure, etc.Pay attention to whether the engine and hydraulic system have abnormal noise or vibration.
Inspection after operation:
Check whether the bucket and boom connecting pins are loose or excessively worn.Clean the dirt, slag and oil on the surface of the scraper, especially the radiator and fan area.Check whether the equipment has oil, water or air leakage.Regular maintenance of underground loader
Weekly maintenance: Replace or clean the air filter to ensure smooth engine air intake. Check whether the hydraulic oil and fuel system filters need to be replaced. Check whether the hydraulic cylinders of the boom and bucket have oil seal leakage.Monthly maintenance: Replace the engine oil and clean or replace the oil filter. Lubricate all movable joints and pins to prevent wear. Check the lubricating oil level of the transmission system and drive axle, and replenish or replace it in time.Quarterly maintenance: Drain and replace the hydraulic oil, clean the hydraulic oil tank and filter.Check the cooling system, clean the radiator, and add antifreeze (if necessary).Check and tighten the bolts and nuts, especially the high vibration parts.
