How to choose a underground loader

1. Selection by transport distance
Selection by transport distance is the basic basis for selecting a scraper. Within the range of 100-2500m, the best loading equipment for earthwork is a scraper. Generally, a small bucket capacity means a short transport distance, while a large bucket capacity means a long transport distance. Currently, the multiple models of scrapers produced by the US REYNOLDS company have an optimal transport distance of 500m or longer.
2. Select according to the characteristics of the material to be shoveled
In general, backhoe loaders are suitable for use in soils below Level II. If they encounter grade III or IV soils, they must be pre-screened and loosened. The most suitable construction for backhoe loaders is loose sand and clay with moisture content less than 25%, but it is not suitable for construction in dry silt and wet clay, and is even less suitable for use in wet areas, swamps and rocks. areas.
3. Select according to the construction land.
Shoveling and downhill hauling can improve the productivity of backhoe loaders. The best slope is 7 to 80. Therefore, the earth is taken from the pits on both sides of the road to fill the embankment with a height of (3 to 8 m) or the road trench with a depth of 3 to 8 m on both sides. The longitudinal soil transportation road should be flat, and the slope should not be less than 1:10-1:12 (about 5O). It is particularly suitable for leveling large-scale sites, leveling large piles of earth, filling and digging pipeline trenches and filling canals.
4. Selection by machine typeThe type of scraper is mainly selected according to the soil quality, transportation distance, slope and road conditions. At present, lifting scrapers are widely used overseas because lifting scrapers can fill the bucket without the need to push auxiliary scrapers; power load changes little during operation, only 15%, while ordinary scrapers need about 40%. Double motor scrapers can overcome greater working resistance, so the material transport range is wider and can work on a greater slope.
